1. Services
We provide broadband and WiFi services as per the selected plan.
Service availability depends on location and network infrastructure.
Speed and performance may vary due to technical or external factors.
2. Payments & Billing
Customers must pay in advance for the chosen plan.
All charges are non-refundable once service is activated.
Late payments may lead to temporary suspension of services.
3. Fair Usage Policy
Unlimited plans are subject to a fair usage policy to ensure equal network distribution.
Misuse such as illegal downloads, spamming, or reselling bandwidth is strictly prohibited.
4. Installation & Equipment
Free installation and router may be provided as per offer.
Equipment remains property of Fiber Internet Express unless purchased separately.
Customers are responsible for maintaining installed equipment in good condition.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 5 days of purchase.
If cancellation is requested within this period, the amount will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Once the internet service is activated and used, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Liability
We strive to provide uninterrupted services but are not liable for outages caused by external factors (power cuts, natural disasters, etc.).
Fiber Internet Express will not be responsible for any indirect or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
